Engineer Waleid Lawendy inherited his passion for construction from growing up in a family where construction was the an integral part of their livelihood for generations, in addition to manufacturing and importing construction materials. As a well-rounded engineer who believes that his profession is the solid foundation for building civilizations, Waleid is driven by a restless commitment to carve himself a competitive niche in the field, thanks to creating a credible entity characterized by unrivaled competence and high skill execution. Waleid graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture and is a member of the Association of Developers of New Cairo and the Administrative Capital, in addition to being the founder of sister companies working in the field of investment and real estate development for mega projects in the respective areas. He also participated in numerous conferences -both social or scientific-, including Achieve Advancement and Growth in the construction sector.
